Stress expert Karen Belshaw talks us through a simple visualization technique to calm those nerves and increase concentration on the job at hand. The second hurdle is time management. Karen suggests that knowing the number of questions before and a little preparation to allocate time can reduce stress – and always leave 15 minutes at the end to polish up answers!
