TD Conor Lenihan on his health scare
Conor Lenihan was alerted to the possibility that he may have a tumor after a TV appearance. Conor admits that he had noticed the lump on his jaw, but like so many, had ignored the problem. He says a chill ran through him at the first mention of the word cancer and organised an appointment with a consultant immediately. Conor tells his story of a worrying time and gives his advice to men like himself that put off health issues and leave them on the long finger ‘get the right advice and get it quickly’.
